Brigitte is a registered Naturopath, Homeopath, Allergy Therapist and Herbalist based in Somerset.


After 13 years in the petrochemical industry in London and Paris, she moved Hong Kong for seven years where she was herself treated successfully with Chinese herbal medicine and naturopathy.

Once in the UK she decided to embark on a radical change of profession by taking a four year course in Naturopathy and Herbal Medicine which she then followed by a four year course in Homeopathy.

Naturopathy was the obvious choice for Brigitte since it is the integration of nutrition, herbal medicine and homeopathy. She is a firm believer in a multi-faceted approach to any given pathology and her policy is to work alongside orthodox medicine whenever possible.

Brigitte trained at the College of Naturopathy and Complementary Medicine in London for four years and also gained a Diploma in Herbal Medicine. She later studied homeopathy where she became intrigued by allergies and intolerances after being tested on the BEST machine as a student. She then trained with the British Institute of Allergy and Environmental Therapy and began using the BEST system for her clinic.

Brigitte's special interest is to search for the root cause. Using the BEST machine enables her to screen for a wide variety of imbalances in the body – including hormones, vitamins and minerals, gut and liver health, toxic load, etc. She also uses blood, saliva and stool analysis whenever necessary with the help of a registered nurse.

Brigitte is fully insured under the Balen's Insurance Scheme and registered.

She works in the UK, France and Guadeloupe (French West Indies). Prior to embrace this profession she spent 13 years as a chemical markets analyst in Paris, London and Hong Kong. Whilst working in Hong Kong, she consulted a naturopathic consultant for the first time. This changed the course of her life both personally and professionally.

She is a firm believer in a multi-faceted approach towards the achievement of radiant health and her policy is to work alongside medical doctors whenever possible.

She also holds a weight loss programme based on naturopathic principles of rebalancing the body and optimising its functions.

Here she emphasises healthy and steady weight loss which leaves clients feeling energised rather than depleted. After a total health check on the BEST machine she puts together a nutritional and exercise package, tailor-made to a client’s needs. She always takes into consideration current dietary preferences.
